This notice explains what Legal HQ collects through this website and how it is used. Legal HQ is a venture in formation, and this website is intentionally small: two forms, no accounts, no uploads.

What we collect

• Founding Counsel applications: the professional details you enter, such as name, contact details, State Bar number, practice information, experience and your written answers.
• Interest notes: name, email, role, general interest and one short sentence.
• Client pilot requests: name, email, company and role, and two multiple-choice answers about the stage of the dispute and whether you have a lawyer.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs, and, if enabled, aggregate cookieless analytics that record page views and a small set of named events without identifying you.

What we do not want

Do not submit confidential, privileged or time-sensitive information, case facts, deadlines or documents. The forms are not designed to receive them, and submitting them does not create an attorney-client relationship.

How we use it

Submissions are used only to review applications and notes, reply to you and evaluate professional fit. Information is not sold or rented, and form contents are never shared with advertising platforms.

LinkedIn advertising

This website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure how LinkedIn ads perform, for example how many visitors from an ad submitted a form. The tag sets cookies and shares browsing data with LinkedIn under LinkedIn's own privacy policy. You can opt out in your LinkedIn ad settings or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered by email through a transactional email provider and the site is hosted by a cloud hosting provider. If spam protection is enabled, a verification service may process technical signals from your browser. These providers process data only to deliver their services.

Retention and your choices

Submissions are kept only as long as needed to evaluate fit and continue the conversation. You may ask to see, correct or delete what you submitted by replying to any email you receive from Legal HQ.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date above will change with it.
